Local products

As is well known, the famous Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a fresh and aromatic sparkling wine that has made the area famous throughout the world. But Refrontolo also boasts a rare gem: Refrontolo Passito, a sweet red wine produced from Marzemino grapes left to dry before vinification.

This fragrant and intense passito wine is one of the most authentic symbols of the village, celebrated for its organoleptic qualities and its history bound up with local farming traditions.

Alongside wine production, Refrontolo also offers a rich gastronomic culture: cured meats, cheeses, honey, vegetables and other local products are celebrated in a simple, authentic seasonal cuisine that reflects the Treviso hills.

These flavours can be discovered in local trattorias or during the many village events that enliven the town at different times of the year.

Refrontolo is, ultimately, an invitation to slow down: to walk among the vineyards, listen to the sounds of the countryside, taste the local wines at your leisure, letting yourself be carried along by the gentle rhythm of the seasons.

A place where every detail tells a story and where beauty is never flaunted, but authentic and profound.
