class=\"p1\">Also known as the \u2018House of the Agosti Counts\u2019, the memorial is the site of a brutal massacre that took place at dawn on 14 October 1944, when <strong>four young partisans were killed in the barn<\/strong> that can still be seen today.<br \/>They were the brothers and counts Giuseppe (nom de guerre \u2018Claudio\u2019) and Gino (\u2018Tiberio\u2019) Agosti of Mareno di Piave, Claudio Dal Bo (\u2018Bianco\u2019) and Gianni De Polo (\u201cNino\u201d) of Vittorio Veneto, all members of the \u2018Piave\u2019 Brigade.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e66de92 sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"5e66de92\"
